Just for fun I usually make a mix of new good music from the past year. I have a rather large one this year, so it's separated into seasons, four smaller mixes that make up one bigger mix. Also, some of it is older music, but it's new to me, so it counts.

I did a photo shoot yesterday for the local band How I Became the Bomb. They are, in fact, the bomb. You should check them out.

I was pretty excited about it because they were wanting to mimic two of my favorite things: old soviet propaganda posters and a 1940s photo of the Manhattan Project guys. Hotness. You can check them out on flickr. I am pretty pleased with how they turned out. I can't wait to see the final results of their implementation.

I've finally finished the first one, and it's nothing but fun with old stock footage. However, it's good to have finally produced something complete for the first time since school. It's a nice warm up for the short film I'll be doing soon.
